For many, holistic wellness provides a new way of approaching life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body or your life, the word “holistic” simply means addressing the whole person. This includes aspects such as a person’s physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial health. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit with the goal to achieve optimum well-being.

Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.
Targeted
Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.
Integrative
Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and more.

What to Expect
Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coaching is the process of partnering with and guiding you through lifestyle changes with a focus on nutrition and wellbeing.
Dagne Living celebrates individuality with the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all path to wellbeing. Every body is different; therefore, every program is tailored with the goal of helping you find the nourishment that supports your unique preferences, lifestyle, and constitution.
Free Discovery Call
A free 20-minute chat where you will share your wellness goals, your biggest health struggles, and what you are looking for from a practitioner. We’ll take a collaborative approach in discussing how my services may be of help to your needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session: The Introductory Session
Introductory Session
In this initial 75-minute Introductory Session, we will look at your health history, current lifestyle habits, and your relationship with food (if applicable) to get a deep understanding of where you’re at. Next up: Collaborative Coaching Sessions
Collaborative Coaching Sessions
Following the Introductory Session, we will meet weekly (or bi-weekly) for 60 minutes via phone or video to discuss the goals you’d like to set or areas of focus for the week(s). I’ll also check-in to see how the tools you’ve implemented in previous weeks are working within your life, so we can adjust or pivot if needbe.
Each week we’ll have a quick 15-minute follow-up session to touch base on anything that may have come up that week and answer any outstanding questions you may want to discuss.
